Pre-recorded online course
Access the course in your own time and at your own pace. This option allows you to purchase the course and access the content on our course platform. You will have access to over 8 hours’ worth of material that will be available in the form of videos, audios, some reading material and quizzes to ensure that you are ready.

Group weekly online classes
Small groups of no more than 6 couples on our weekly classes. The classes will run at the same time each week for two hours per session for 4 weeks. We recommend that you are no more than 38 weeks pregnant on the date of the final session.
These include access to a whatsapp group from the course start date until 2 weeks after the last baby is born.

Please note that Thando is currently booked up for births until the end of October 2024. If she has to attend a birth during one of the sessions, she will let the group know via whatsapp so that we can move the session to the following week.
